NEW YORK & HYDERABAD, INDIA ? August 25, 2008 ? SQ Global Solutions, a joint venture between Strategic Legal Solutions, a leading U.S.-based temporary legal staffing company, and QuisLex, a pioneer in the offshore legal services industry, welcomes the American Bar Association Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility?s release today of Formal Opinion 08-451: Lawyer?s Obligations When Outsourcing Legal and Nonlegal Support Services, which explicitly endorses outsourcing legal services overseas.
